- Wednesday\Friday 17:00-18:00
The program includes:

• 2 practices per week

• 2 online IT classes per week before practice

• Participation in the Swiss National Championship

• Football equipment

• Flag football training uniform

• Official flag football game uniform

• Transportation throughout the season

• Media support

• Team apparel (provided once every three months)
